perfect location friendly staff spacious room

The location was perfect, right on the beach. the staff were friendly and cute. our beautiful double or twin room garden view was spacious and clean. It had a lovely bath and a good shower with plenty of hot water.

i enjoyed the large pools at the resort they were well kept i also appreciated the direct beach access it made swimming convenient the room was spacious it had good amenities

mosquito problem dirty ponds

the breakfast offered a good variety of dishes, i liked the options.

the condition is visibly declining. the ponds near the buildings looked dirty with debris. there was a serious mosquito problem. i was bitten constantly on the balcony. it made it hard to even sit outside for a few minutes!

The pools were beautifully large and very clean. The water slide provided AMAZING fun for everyone!!! The staff responded quickly to our needs. The air conditioning in the villas worked effectively.

The hotel layout felt a little complicated to navigate.

The hotel location near the beach and lighthouse allowed for fantastic sunsets. Clean rooms included a fridge, coffee and tea facilities, a safe, air conditioning, and a TV. Breakfast included egg stations and multiple coffee machines. The gym had cardio machines and weights.

The room I had was outdated, and smelled musty.

The staff proved friendly and helpful, though I observed some delays when the beach was busy. Reception staff stood out. All staff had smiles on their faces.
